This paid internship role will support strategic engagement initiatives for VI Engage across healthcare and fitness partnerships. The Customer Engagement Intern will report software usage throughout the customer partnership and use generative AI to extrapolate learnings resulting in improvements to the product for the end user. This role is critical to adding customer value by ensuring positive user experience and compliance (usage) to achieve projected ROI for customer retention.


  • Completes task-focused projects

  • Maintains documentation


  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs 
  • Possesses or desires to develop self-management skills
  • Demonstrates curiosity and patience in a dynamic environment


  • Two years of previous job experience
  • Computer Science & Technology, Communications, Business focused (in school or previous jobs)
  • Personal passion for health and wellness (work experience +bonus)
