As the VI Transform business unit continues to grow, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to spearhead our data taxonomy, analysis, and reporting initiatives, ensuring our clients can make informed decisions to drive their success.

As the Data Analyst at VI Transform, you will be at the forefront of our data-centric services, playing a pivotal role in shaping our data practices and offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive data analysis and reporting frameworks, enabling our clients to understand their data landscapes and leverage insights for strategic advantage. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients’ unique business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data taxonomy and schema across various client projects.
  • Lead the data analysis efforts, translating complex datasets into understandable, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and generate regular data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and integrity in our databases and analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with the strategy and marketing teams to analyze marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and churn rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Assist in dashboard creation and data analysis for product and research teams.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams through clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and reporting to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading data-centric projects that resulted in positive ROI in some or all of the following areas: customer segmentation, marketing and sales funnel Analysis to optimize CoA, revenue growth and optimization, customer lifetime value, and product development
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data cleaning techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
