We are looking for a talented Assistant Controller to become a key part of our expanding finance team, reporting directly to our Controller. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and embrace challenges with a “can-do” attitude, we want you!

Responsibilities

  • Assist preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial report under US GAAP.
  • Assist with analyzing the monthly Company’s cost variances.
  • Prepare the annual tax reports and statutory financial statements.
  • Support with the payments/AP process.
  • Support with verifying a proper implementation of the company’s procedures and policies.
  • Involvement in cross-company initiatives and process.
  • Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Assistance with ongoing legal.
  • “Get things done” mentality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of Excel and office skills.
  • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Solid understanding & experience of US GAAP and applicable regulations.

Advantages

  • Experience with NetSuite.
  • CPA with an Internship in one of the Big 4 a big advantage.
  • Graduated a dual degree in Law and Accounting.
