We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts for VI Transform Business unit within the Healthcare and Wellness sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an early sales team member, capable of operating without a set playbook and closing large-scale deals.The main Transform offering is focused on large scale data, digital and AI transformation projects for large Healthcare, Pharma and Wellness enterprises.  


Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales of Transform Services in the Healthcare and Wellness industries.
  • Function as an individual contributor while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactively identify and pursue large “whale accounts” using creative lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and present basic ROI models and articulate the integration of our services with CRM tools to a non-technical audience.
  • Close significant deals, both 6 and 7 figure accounts.
  • Thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and excellence in dynamic and chaotic situations.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Proven experience as part of an early sales team, operating without established guidelines.
  • Experience in closing large-scale deals (6 and 7 figures).
  • Ability to create basic ROI models and communicate complex technology solutions in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated success in a tech and data-centric sales environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like setting.
  • Worked in the past with tech or digital consulting teams
